REFUND POLICY
UnGradely Refund, Placement & Scholarship Guarantee Policy
- All general courses, which are irrevocably non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
- 10-Level Certification Programs, which offer special placement and scholarship guarantees under defined conditions.
All courses other than the 10-Level Certification Programs (e.g., single-level courses, modules, subscriptions, workshops) are strictly non-refundable from the moment of successful payment. These constitute irreversible digital goods and services.
Reasons such as dissatisfaction, lack of results, personal circumstances, or user error do not qualify for refunds. You waive all rights to dispute transactions or initiate chargebacks.
- The student who secures first rank in Level 10 automatically qualifies for a scholarship (as per promotional or enrollment terms).
- Students achieving 90% or above overall become eligible for our placement assistance, which includes up to three (3) interview opportunities arranged by UnGradely.
- Successful completion of all 10 levels, within the stipulated duration.
- Attainment of an overall score of 90% or more.
- Unsuccessful in securing a job placement through the three arranged interviews, within six (6) months following completion of Level 10.
- Active participation in all placement-related activities (e.g., resume development, mock interviews, applying to jobs) and responsiveness to communication.
- Provision of a formal refund request, submitted within 30 calendar days after the 6-month guarantee period ends, along with supporting documentation (scorecards, communication logs, interview participation records).
4. Claim Process & Verification
Once a refund request is submitted:
- You do not complete all levels, or fail to achieve 90% overall.
- You fail to engage in or comply with any placement-related activities.
- You decline placement offers, miss deadlines, or withdraw from interviews without UnGradely’s approval.
- Your failure is due to misconduct, misrepresentation, plagiarism, or violation of code(s) of conduct.
- Non-compliance with any additional terms communicated during the course.
6. Administrative Exceptions (Technical or Payment Errors)
In cases of duplicate payments, technical glitches, or billing errors, exceptions may be considered. These are evaluated case-by-case and resolved at UnGradely's sole discretion, upon submission of verifiable documentation.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
