How do I create an account on UnGradely?
Creating an account on UnGradely is easy! Just click on the Login/Register option from the main menu (☰) on the homepage. Choose Sign Up, then enter your phone number, email address, and password. Once verified, your account will be ready to access all our courses.
How do I use an Access Code on UnGradely?
To redeem your Access Code, log into your UnGradely account. Click on the Menu (☰), then go to My Courses. At the top-right, tap the 🎁 Gift icon. Enter your access code, and the associated course will be instantly added to your dashboard.
How do I take a course on UnGradely?
Once you've either purchased a course or redeemed it using an access code, the course will appear under your My Courses section. Simply click on the course image to start learning immediately.
I’m having trouble logging in—what should I do?
Click on the Forgot Password option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. Use the link to create a new password and try logging in again.

I am unable to access the course, what should I do?
Please make sure you are logged in with the same email ID that you used to purchase or activate the course via access code. Check your My Courses section for the course.
